Application Suites is restricted to the authorized individual(s) as identified
by the respective customer. Authorized individual by customer identified the
following:
a. Individual whom the data belong to
b. Appointed administrator/group administrator
c. Account Managers from MYwave
d. Payroll Personnel from MYwave (If MYwave provide Payroll Outsource)
e. MYwave support team for enquiry from the respective customer
Access to Data By MYwave Support Team
MYwave support team may provide information in MYwave Application Suites upon requests from the above authorized individual (a to d above). At no time will information be provided to any unauthorized individual or parties.
In event where a request is made to the support team to update any data in MYwave Application Suite, a formal request via email is required from an authorized individual to MYwave support team. Email request clearing stating the request with justification to support@mywave.biz
Collection/Sharing Of Data
MYwave do not collect and share data stored in MYwave application with any third parties. All data stored are strictly for the respective customer only.
MYwave however do collect active head count information from MYwave Application solely for monthly invoicing purpose.
Security
MYwave take security as our top priority. MYwave deployed the state-of-the-art technical and organization measure to ensure all data in our system is secured, against un-authorized access and misused.
